Potato Wharf for winning the regional (North West) NHBC Awards

Congratulations to the project team on Potato Wharf for winning the regional (North West) NHBC Awards, for both Seal of Excellence and for High Rise.
The award is indicative of the high standards achieved throughout the build process and in line with the quality required for NHBC. This is the final phase of this complex, historic, inner-city residential development which is known for it’s Roman fort ‘castle in the field’, parks and canals. The redevelopment has been ongoing on this site for over 10 years with Weedon Architects being brought in for concept and delivery of the later phases.
Good luck to the team and particularly Lendlease, for next year in the National Awards.
