Weedon Architects were asked to have a technical “watching brief” over the concept design followed by appointment to the Contractor.
This mixed use development comprises 461 studio, one and two bed apartments, located within a series of individually accessed blocks of varying height (up to 7 storeys) plus 1860m² of A3/retail use and basement car parking which completes the development.
Situated immediately adjacent to the site is the world heritage ‘Back to Back’ museum site belonging to the National Trust. Success of the scheme has been achieved by high quality detailing to ensure a vibrant and exciting addition to the urban grain.
