Jaffray East Building Pupil Referral Unit, Kings Centre, Erdington:- This Edwardian building from 1903 required a full repair of the external façade including roof replacement, a full refurbishment and reorganisation of interior spaces such as, Assembly Hall, Classrooms, Gym, Woodwork and Cookery workshops as facilities for the City of Birmingham’s Pupil Referral Unit .
Civic House Erdington Adult Education Centre:- The project included; redesign of the entrance; creation of a main reception; purpose built workshop for woodwork and upholstery classes on the ground floor.
The open plan layout of the 1st and 2nd floors of the building were reconfigured to provide nine classrooms. All classrooms were configured with up-to-date ICT equipment installed to facilitate the learning and courses offered at the centre.
