Birmingham Schools - CWM Framework

These Primary school projects vary in size and complexity including both new build and refurbishment working through the CWM framework.

Paganel Primary School :- The project provided one reception teaching base and one learning resource base within the existing accommodation, plus an extension comprising facilities allowing provision of Two Form Entry across the whole school.

Rednal Hill Infants School :- Five additional classrooms have been created as part of this project to provide a new nursery block for the school. The refurbishment of existing primary school classrooms and  the relocation of the School playground  were also undertaken

The Oaks Primary School:- The works comprised; new entrance, administration space and SLT office facility. In addition there was remodelling to the infants area and Lower and Junior school Areas.

Grendon Primary School:- This refurbishment project comprised a new covered Courtyard & renovated classrooms plus a new reception meet and greet area.
