Centenary Plaza - Arena Central

Weedon Architects were appointed to develop the design for a 20 storey residential building at Arena Central in Birmingham City Centre.

The project includes 387 one, two & three bedroom luxury apartments, 12,600m² car parking and a Nite Nite Hotel with integral landscaped courtyards for residents use.

Modern construction techniques dispensed with the need for any scaffold, eliminated wastage and reduced the site programme.

The award winning Penthouse apartments were designed by Weedon Architects including bespoke furniture and Interiors to provide the ultimate in 21st Century living.
