Weedon Architects are working with Sphere, Arcadis (CRTKL), and Midgard to deliver Edition Birmingham – a landmark 15- and 46-storey residential development in the heart of the city.

Edition comprises two connected towers and a pavilion that will deliver 581 luxury apartments for the city.

Located just off Centenary Square in Birmingham’s cultural heart, the scheme also includes more than 23,000 sq ft of five-star, wellness-inspired amenity—introducing a level of resident experience not previously available in the city.

With wellness embedded throughout the design, the development prioritises resident health and lifestyle. Key features include a 2,000 sq ft swimming pool, spa, a 44th-floor gym terrace, fitness suites, and a dramatic two-storey climbing wall.

Weedon Architects are responsible for the interior concept design, creating a premium residential environment with high-quality materials and detailing throughout. We are also appointed as Executive Architect, overseeing detailed design, coordination, and technical delivery of the project.

In addition, Weedon are acting as Principal Designer under the Building Regulations and CDM regulations, managing the statutory Gateway 2 process, which is due to conclude Q4 2025.
