Edmund Gardens

Birmingham

Edmund Gardens comprises the complete refurbishment of all 4 floors of the Grade 2 listed Chamberlain House and Edison House

The Conversion and fit out of the 2no. vacant buildings provides Category A Office space on the upper floors with Virgin Healthcare occupying Chamberlain house entirely and the Ground floor of Edison House occupied by a Tapas Bar. The works also comprised the reinvention of the external courtyard space to also provide easier access routes and pleasing communal spaces.

The properties form part of a larger ‘island’ block of buildings bounded by Edmund Street, Church Street and Barwick Street in Birmingham's central Conservation area. Weedons have also been appointed for the fit-out of the upper office floors of Innovation Court which forms a significant part of this block along with basement refurbishment works.
