Embassy Gardens A01

London

Weedon Architects are delivering the final building at Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms, acting as Lead Consultant and BR Principal Designer for this high-end HRB residential scheme.

Embassy Gardens A01 is a prominent residential development forming part of the VNEB linear park masterplan in London. Designed by HAL, the scheme responds to its context alongside the US Embassy and contributes to the wider urban vision for Nine Elms. The design focuses on maintaining key views and enhancing visual permeability and pedestrian movement through the site.

The development comprises two HRB towers connected by a shared pavilion. Together, they deliver 247 homes, with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bed apartments, including penthouse units on the upper floors.

Weedon Architects are appointed as Lead Consultant, Executive Architect, and Building Regulations Principal Designer. The scheme has been formally submitted for Gateway 2, with our team leading coordination across disciplines and working closely with stakeholders to support regulatory compliance and delivery.
