This is a city centre residential development of 126 apartments with basement car park and landscaped courtyard.

Weedon Architects were appointed to take an existing Design and work through an optimisation strategy to improve layouts and value to achieve a high quality contemporary urban development which advocates the use of traditional materials in conjunction with an innovative prefabricated lightweight steel structure.

Weedons were novated to the Contractor to take the Project through to completion.
