Great Charles Street

Weedon Architects are Executive Architects delivering Great Charles Street, Birmingham for Moda Living with John Sisk and Son.

Capturing the unique architectural qualities of the Jewellery Quarter, the concpet design by Ryder Architecture incorporates traditional brickwork transitioning into a modern glazed tower on the corner of Great Charles Street and Livery Street.

The project comprises 3no residential blocks with heights stepping up from 5 to 39 storeys and contains over 722 homes varying from 1b to 3b apartments for rent. Blocks A and B sit above a landscaped podium with parking underneath.

The scheme is currently on site and also includes a range of other uses such as commercial/retail space.  Weedon Architects are also repsonsible for the delivery of the residential amenity facilities including a gym, cinema, lounge and whiskey tasting room.
