Heritage Hotel

This concept design for a new spa hotel is in parkland in the grounds of the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon, Warwickshire.

The hotel is designed to sit harmoniously with the landscape environment with the use of natural stone, timber and large sections of glazing to reflect and mirror the surrounding landscaping.

The building is restricted to 2 & 3 storeys and the massing broken down into 5 interconnecting blocks thus reducing the impact.

The hotel incorporates 180 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and separate health spa facilities which includes an indoor swimming pool.
