The redevelopment of the Royal Mail sorting office provides a complex included a 198 bed Malmaison hotel; 15,000 sqm of Office space; 9,000 sqm of Retail space; A3 restaurants and 210 Apartments

Working through a D&B 2 Stage Procurement with the Main Contractor to deliver the project - Weedon Architects ensured the technical constraints of façade, acoustics and thermal comfort as well as footprint flexibility and fire strategy allowed for the optimum mixed use floor space and hotel use.
