One Centenary Way

We have continued our involvement with the Paradise development in Birmingham and were appointed as Executive Architects to work on the detailed design of One Centenary Way.

This is the first building of Phase 2 at Paradise Circus in Birmingham.

The building has an exposed structural steel façade and is 13 storeys with 280,000 sq ft office space, with views across the transformed Centenary Square. One Centenary Way is a striking visual gateway to the Paradise Birmingham development.
