One Chamberlain Square

Paradise Park will be one of the biggest city centre developments seen outside of London and the most important in Birmingham for a generation.

Paradiseis being transformed into a vibrant mixed use development of commercial, civic, retail, leisure and hotel space, providing major improvements to pedestrian access and greatly enhanced public realm befitting this historic setting.

Weedon Architects were appointed to act as Executive Architects for One Chamberlain Square and the subsequent CAT B commercial fit out for PwC.

The first building on the site is this 172,000 sq ft, seven storey office building designed by Eric Parry Architects. On the ground floor there is 22,000 sq ft of retail and leisure opportunities. The whole of the commercial space above is let to international professional services firm PwC. Weedon Architects were responsible for delivering this fit-out following the a concept design by BDP
