A mixed use development of 258 apartments grouped around a central courtyard , overlooking the Peace Garden in Birmingham

Located within a student accommodation area of the city, the design of 6 varied height blocks, was developed with this demographic in mind. The result is an integrated mix of studio, 1 and 2 bed apartments which encourage social interaction on a floor by floor and block by block basis which adds to the continued improvement of Bath Row and creates a more pedestrian friendly route in this growth area of Birmingham.

Weedon Architects were appointed to develop a planning approval scheme through to Tender and then subsequently novated to the main contractor as executive Architect .
