The second of three phases, the 14-storey Two Snowhill is located within Birmingham’s prestigious Central Birmingham Business District and on the doorstep of Snow Hill Station.
Sitting alongside its sister building, 'One Snowhill', and within a landscaped public realm, ‘Two Snowhill’ offers nearly 30,000 sq m of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated Grade A office floor space together with retail and leisure units at ground floor level.
The site runs parallel to the new tram line and Snow Hill Station which involved working in close collaboration with Midland Metro to develop the access and maintenance strategy.
As part of the external landscaping, Weedon Architects and HED also detailed and delivered one of Europe’s largest green walls.
