Weedon Architects were appointed by Gallan Group to develop a planning application for a 210-bed Travelodge Hotel.

Part of a mixed use phased development opposite the Bullring Shopping centre in Birmingham, including offices and apartments the Hotel underwent a D&B 2 Stage Procurement – We were appointed by the developer to detail and deliver the Project

Having successfully worked together on residential schemes in the past, the developer was keen to ensure the design and build project retained the integrity of the planning approval.

Weedon Architects developed the detail design to Tender and were then retained by the Client to monitor delivery of the scheme.
