Weedon Architects are excited to be part of the next chapter for Edition Birmingham—a major new residential scheme in the heart of the city.

Court Collaboration has appointed Midgard Ltd to lead the £145 million construction of the 581-home development, which will be delivered across two towers, including the 46-storey Centenary Tower. With construction due to begin in the coming months, the first phase is set for completion in 2027.

Weedon Architects will act as Executive Architect, working alongside Midgard to oversee detailed design and coordinate delivery on site. In addition to this role, we are also responsible for the interior concept design, which includes an extensive package of luxury wellness amenities such as a 20-metre swimming pool, external spa, two-floor climbing wall, sky gym, co-working spaces, and a sky lounge. The scheme is expected to generate 300 jobs—including 60 apprenticeships—as part of its contribution to local regeneration and housing growth.
