Weedon Architects are proud to be the creative force behind the interior concept design for Edition and to be delivering the project as executive architect. This landmark residential development embodies refined luxury while celebrating Birmingham’s creative heritage. Located in Centenary Square—beside Europe’s largest library and the historic Baskerville Printing Works—Edition draws inspiration from local pioneer John Baskerville and his groundbreaking 18th-century print works. Our interior design concept embraces this legacy, using a sophisticated colour palette inspired by Baskerville’s marbling to create spaces that are timeless, contemporary, and stylish. True to its print-inspired name, this landmark residence marks a “first edition” for Birmingham.

Crafted with lifestyle, well-being, and refined comfort at its core, our interiors offer over 14,000 sq ft of exceptional amenities comparable to those of a five-star hotel. Residents will enjoy a wellness suite featuring a naturally lit 20-metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy spa, and a calming Zen lounge. Social and leisure spaces include an outdoor cinema and BBQ terrace, a library-inspired focus area connected to a garden spa, and upper-level fitness facilities with a yoga studio, gym, and outdoor training terrace. At the pinnacle of the building, thoughtfully designed private dining rooms, sky lounges, and a climbing wall with panoramic city views complete the resident experience.
