RIBA win for Tapestry (T1) at Kings Cross
Following the shortlisting of the “Tapestry” residential development on the Kings Cross development we are pleased to announce that this has won an RIBA Regional award and is shortlisted for a National award
The winners of this year’s RIBA London Regional Awards were announced at an awards ceremony at the RIBA on Monday 22 May.
The Award aims to recognise successful projects that reflect changes and innovations in architecture, but at their core display a commitment to designing and developing buildings and spaces for the improvement and enhancement of people’s lives.
The Tapestry Building is a 15-storey building which offers an outstanding collection of apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The concept design was by Niall McLaughlin Architects with Weedon Architects appointed by main contractor Kier construction as executive architects.
